Availability commitments for paid products, if any, will appear only in future customer agreements.

A governing law and jurisdiction have not yet been designated for Cara & Bao commercial operations, because the operating entity has not yet been incorporated.

Governing law for commercial services will be specified before those services are offered. Until then, mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
